Caregiver Statements About Safety Issue
Alerta is a 7-day disposable patch to tell a caregiver their loved one has wandered. Alerta & Wedge work together using radio frequency to help a caregiver monitor a loved one.
Alarms when a loved one wanders
Alerta is a, closed loop, disposable patch to assist in the individual care of a loved one living at home, for example, a person with Alzheimer’s dementia or an Autistic child. Alerta is worn by a loved one and monitored with a Wedge ( receiver) by the caregiver. The Wedge will notify the caregiver with an audible and visual alarm if the loved one wanders from home or a safe zone of approximately 75 feet.
This allows the caregiver to sleep, shower, or do daily activities with some peace of mind.
Peace of Mind in a Patch
Alerta is very exciting. It will make a significant impact on humanity by relieving some of the stress of “Informal Caregivers” who are providing 24/7 monitoring of their loved ones.
The need is growing every day.
The Wedge is dedicated to one job, to let the caregiver know if a loved one wanders. The batteries last for months so it works 24/7″ and is not subject to interruptions or connection fees.
After 7 days the Wedge signals the caregiver to remove Alerta (used patch). The caregiver peels the adhesive covering on the new Alerta (patch) and applies it beside to reduce skin irritation.

Caregiver Statements About Safety Zone
In the course the development, we have tested the potential acceptance of this product with actual caregivers and have had an overwhelming acceptance.
In the last two years, we have developed two different approaches to the implementation of the product. This development yielded engineering models but not a product ready designs.
Today we are working on the production version and we will have pre-production models early in 2019. We should have deliverable product in June of 2019.
The funds we generate are to help us finish the development and deliver Alerta to market. In supporting this project you are helping provide caregivers with a product that will help prevent wandering by impaired loved ones. Alerta helps reduce the stress on caregivers who are normally members of the family. The product helps make impaired people secure.
Please support caregivers and their loved ones by supporting Alerta.
