I’m Amy Rosen, a journalist, food editor, cookbook author and recipe developer, who had an epiphany a year ago while watching my family eat cinnamon buns during the holidays. For the first time in a week, a big table of normally boisterous people, from toddlers to teens, 40-somethings to 70-year-olds, were all quiet and happily munching away on the cinnamon buns I had just baked. “Wait a minute,” I thought out loud. “Everyone loves cinnamon buns. I should open up a cinnamon bun bakery!”
Less than 10 months later, the doors to Rosen’s Cinnamon Buns swung open for business.
Now almost a year into it, we’re ready to take the next step. Almost everyone who walks into our sweet little shop says, “I wish you could bottle that scent.” And that’s exactly what we intend to do, with your help.
You know the delicious filling, what we call “the goop”, inside of cinnamon buns? Well we’re making it into a jarred spread, perfect on toast, drizzled over crepes, pancakes, waffles and ice cream, or even used to make your very own buns, by smearing it over pizza dough before rolling it up and baking.

But, we need your help to make this happen. From designing and printing labels, to buying all-natural ingredients, and jars, running a production line and heading into distribution, getting a new product to market doesn’t come cheap.
